Hi again,
So I originally had 'Clear Skin 1' on all the flvs in my project. I decided to change that to the 'Corona Skin 3' because I thought it would give users the ability to move forward/backward etc... except that the skin isn't doing that. When previewing the slides (either in a browser or within Captivate) I saw that I could move the tab in the progress bar back and forth, but it didn't actually change where I was in the video.
I've tried reinserting the videos and choosing the new skin and THEN hitting 'apply', reinserting the video -%26gt;hitting apply -%26gt;choosing the skin -%26gt; hitting apply again, changing the skin on an existing video to something else (Halo or Clear Skin) and then testing backward/forward movement but nothing seems to be working.
I KNOW this is supposed to work, but I just don't know how right now
Any help is greatly appreciated as always!
Video (flv) playback controls not...As an update:
I've had two Captivate/Flash experts look at this problem - they've tested different FLVs, tested within Flash, with or without TOC enabled - basically put this through the wringer and all anyone can come up with is that this is a(nother) Captivate bug.
I'll report the bug to Adobe, but if there is anyone else who has any insight on why the rew/ff functionality of the FLV skins don't work correctly/consistently, please reply to this thread.
Thanks!
