Repositioning browser in Safari

To whom this may concern,

Hello, I would like to know if any of you have had any issues repositioning your browser using safari within flash. I'm basically using the navigateToURL method then passing a anchor tag like this. All other browsers are fine but when using safari on a mac nothing happens.
